No easy path to the sweet sixteen. One team will have to win three games to get there. Regardless of records these wins won't come easy because of the pressure that comes with the games. Often easier for the lesser ranked teams because many expect them to lose and they just play hard. The final four will be very evenly matched.

My pick continues to be the Notre Dame Pandas.

BS - It is hard to believe you just moved into the area with so much negative and hard feelings. Those kind of feelings usually take a little longer to develop.

You said "Major" D1...there is a difference so be clear. Several have played D1. Others could have played D1, but for various reasons choose D2, D3, NAIA, or decide not to play at all. There is too much emphasis put on playing D1. I can tell you the only senior 2yrs ago received a scholly, all 4 seniors last year received full-rides (3 for hoops), and this years only senior just accepted a full-ride for hoops. I'm not real up-to-date, but I'm pretty sure there are at least 7 "currently" playing somewhere at the next level. Not too bad.

It looks like Boone may finally be passing the torch to Conner & Ryle in the 33rd...enjoy the ride, but please be humble! I agree, we fell for the bait and got off topic.

I think Conner will get the win tonight and might want to be careful and not overlook HC...NDA & BC is a complete toss-up, but of course I'll take the Rebels.

I see Conner taking it all!! They are very well coached and The best shooter that I can think of in the region in Long!! I would love to think it will be Dixie, but this isn't our year...so good luck Lady Cougars!!

I want all of the "transfer" discussions to stop, right now. We are way too close to violating the rule against alleging recruiting, and this thread is about who you think will win the region and why. No mas.
