NKYSTEELERSFAN Posted February 28, 2008 Posted February 28, 2008 Congrats to the Cru, I heard Ryle didn't play too well against Heritage so I am not too suprised by the outcome but the margin is a little suprising. Should be a good one against Conner on Friday.
Tiger1 Posted February 28, 2008 Posted February 28, 2008 I am not surprised by this score. Ryle hasn't done anything since their state tournament team.
cooperstown Posted February 28, 2008 Posted February 28, 2008 Great game for 2 1/2 periods. The game came to a crashing thud for Ryle in a two-minute stretch in the 3rd period: technical foul on bench (while Ryle had possession) resulted in two free throws and then a bucket for St. Henry; Ryle player misses 3 free throws; and a bad Ryle turnover in backcourt results in layup and voila - what was a 2 or 3 point ballgame is now a double deficit margin from which Ryle never recovered. Ryle offense was very poor in second half, though much of that should be credit to St. Henry defense. St. Henry looked solid and #24 was absolutely lights out tonight.
steelcurtain Posted February 28, 2008 Posted February 28, 2008 Congrats to St Henry, They seem to always play hard.
