WOW!! This really surprises me. Looks like a bad night for Anderson, although I guess any night with a win should be considered a good night. I don't recall a game seeing Penny get less that 20. He ok?

For what it's worth, Woodford County is 16-8 in the 11th Region and Anderson County is a big rival of the Yellowjackets. Anderson is good but not great - I think everyone in Lawrenceburg would be happy with this result.

Anderson still good enough to take the 8th? I haven't seen them play yet, but just curious?

They are very solid. Good size and have a nice ability to score. They aren't head-and-shoulders above everyone in the region, though. Anderson County can definitely win the 8th Region, but I think several other schools have just as good of shot.

Not a good game for neither team. Woodford much better than what they showed in this game and so is Anderson. Woodford made lots of turnovers that hurt them and could not convert on several plays. Anderon is a good team and should easily win the 8th Good Luck to them. Woodford is in a tough district/region and will have a hard time making it out of their region. Alot of the Woodford players are not being played in their natural positions and have had to adapt to playing were they have been assigned to play. Woodford will survive and should be ok again next year although they get no respect from the media.
