The score at least looks competitive! Realistically, when Ludlow wins their district or is runner up to Dixie, which teams will they run into at Regionals? I don't know the set up after Districts. Are they matched up with a selected district or all thrown into a hat?

And of course, congrats to Holmes!!!

If Ludlow wins the 34th District then they would play one of the losers from outside their own district. If they are runnerup in their District they then would play one of the district winners from other then the 34th district. You don't play your own district in the 1st round..

Is it predetermined, or seeded? For instance, Ludlow wins then they play the 35th loser. Or if they lost they play the 36th winner....I might not even have the right district #s, but you know what I am asking.....

*I will start a new thread, I don't want to take away from Holmes/Ludlow game

It is a blind draw. You won't play your own distric until the finals. Winners play losers in the first round. So, it could be Conner/Boone in the finals or even NDA/Holmes like it was last year.

Was anyone at this game? Unfortunately I was not there, so I have no details from this game. It sounds like it was a good game. So if anyone has any details to put on here, I would appreciate it. I know I am going to try to call a few people and get details from them, and when I do I will post them on here.

Well I got some minor details. Holmes had a 10 point lead after the first quarter. Ludlow fought back and had about a 5 to 6 point lead in the 2nd half. Then with 40 seconds to play, Ludlow was down 1 and had the ball and turned the ball over. Holmes ended up making their free throws to seal the game after that.
