These 2 match up in the first round of the all a....Somerset is making their 8th straight trip, and Murray is making their 1st in 15 years...Anyone have info or predictions?

I will go with the Briar Jumpers 61-58. Murray is a one point favorite according to the Cantrell Rankings.

I will of course pick the Jumpers. If the Jumpers play D like they can they should take care of business. I like them 68-60.

Shawn Thacker was at Mayfield's 55-49 win over Mayfield in the regional finals. He saw a team that doesn't have a go-to guy but has several players capable of scoring. Murray also likes to keep the score down in the 40s and 50s.

 

Somerset's experience has to be some sort of an advantage, considering they've been there so often they could start gaining credits at EKU. Murray hasn't been to the All A since 1995.
