^^Really a great question. I had a Pastor speak about this and he told me even looking at a pretty girl could be a sin. Its better to cut your arm off than to be thrown into hell. So, when I notice a "pretty girl' I'm not thinking of approaching her or even thinking about her, but just to notice her, well that bothered me and I didn't think I was sinning.
