But back to ratings, you could put them in any order you want. After #1 it's a bit of a jumble

 

Elliott County 14 - 1

East Carter 12 - 3

West Carter 11 - 5

Raceland 11 - 6

Fairview 10 - 4

Ashland Blazer 10 - 5

 

Win-Loss records can be misleading. We know Rose Hill and Bath Co are much improved and could be a factor come tournament time. It's a huge mess, but a fun mess cause aside from #1, we have no clear cut indicator on the rest.
