Montgomery Co. 42 Paris 39

Featured Replies

Paris took away Montgomery's roll players and inside game. Down the stretch I thought the other 4 players on the floor watched and expected Maggie to carry them through the 4th quarter. Not a good thing if they expect to repeat as 10th region champs. I give all the credit to Paris and Coach Brooks for what they did defensively to get back in the ballgame. Once again Paris' shooting woes hurt them. Good luck to the Ladyhounds against Clark Co..

It seemed like Montgomery AS A **TEAM** has been in a slump with sloppy games against LexCath and Paris. But a win is a win and im hoping to see the team i saw play at the beginning of the year back! Go Indians! :dancingpa

Me too. I'm sure we will. They are way too talented as a TEAM not to play well the rest of the way.

Go Lady Indians.

Everyone has an off game or loses their intensity every now and then. I'm sure Montgomery Co. will get it back.

This is the LONG PART of the season.

With conditioning, they have probably been going at it since September. Almost everyday since October. January is the LONG part of the season and times that 15-16-17 year olds (and coaches) struggle with keeping their focus. As February arrives, you now know that District is close and the ease to stay focus returns.
