Owen is pretty tough..where is the game being played? I would like to see GC beat them.

Good luck and I hope you win! I was not too happy with the way the crowd behaved or the person that was thrown out of the gym when we played at Owen. At least you are at home and no one will be screaming your players number telling them they suck or other name calling.

 

There are fans and then there are fans....Cheer for your team do not belittle the other players. The bad part is that we really like a lot of the players and people at Owen, but this was a little over the top. District tournament should be a fun time.

I didn't notice the crowd as bad as you are saying. I was on the Carroll Co. side.The guy got tossed because he said something to the ref as he walked by. He was probably the last guy I thought would ever get tossed out of a game. Then again I don't know what he said. If your gonna bsd mouth the refs you shouldn't set on the first row.

That is good advice that is usually why I sit up high;)

 

As far as the crowd the students (not all) were saying the girls numbers and unflattering comments. It certainly was not all of them.

I think the "fans" at the game who were rude are not actually fans of the team. They just like to show up at a few games and act stupid. I think there will be more supervision of the student section at the rest of the games.

It was mostly a group of boys and although the girls should not listen to the crowd, some of it was kind of hard to ignore, especially when you are standing in front of them..

 

CC girls probably have more friends on that team than any, and some of them are related.! I am sure we have our share also of rude fans also, hopefully they do not all sit together.
