Congrats to Coach Blanton and the Rockets, That is 4 in a row. Keep up the good work.

After a good start, Casey County has lost four straight and sees their record drop to 6-9. To make matters worse the Rebels get Lexington Catholic at home Tuesday night!

Rockcastle County does seem to be playing better, but their four wins have come against Madison Southern (4-9), Bourbon County (6-8), Model (5-7) and Casey County. For a program that has struggled the last couple years, though, it's good to see the Rockets moving upward. They have Somerset and Pulaski both on the road next week.

Good job Rockets!

Wins are wins, good to see the Rock going upward again the 12th region sure got them at the right time.

Amen to that. Rockcastle was so solid for several years. They would have struggled with South Laurel and Wayne County during their last few 13th Region seasons, but they would have been a regional player. I suspect they'll be a major player in the 12th real soon.

Rock seems to struggle at times offensively but the defense that they play (very good) allows them to get by with a very average offense. As their offense comes around they will get more "W"s than "L"s.

I agree Apex. Sometimes Rockcastle seems very lackluster on offense. As their offense improves, so will their record. Their defense, however, is much better.
