The jackets seem to be playin worse now than they was at the begining of the year. They tried to press in the second half and gave Bell at least four lay ups if not more. Zachary and Wilson both had solid games for Bell.

The jackets simply did not show up tonight. They seem to have lost their swagger and confidence in each other that they have shown in the past. Whatever is going on within the confines of their team (or group of guys that play ball together as it seemed tonight) must change quickly, or they risk jeopardizing the potential that they carry. With the culmination of talent that they possess, their performance as of late is unacceptable

Bell is 9 and 3 so far. Middlesboro also seemed to play man most of the night which is unusual for any Middlesboro team. Hopefully Jones will stick with the man to man and the team as a whole can work together and improve it each game. I think they have the athletic ability to play man, but is something that needs to be worked on fundmentally.

Bell isn't as good as they were last year, but Lewis Morris has done a great job in making them very competitive with four new starters. A lot of people were wanting to take them out of the top 10 all through December, but they are in the mix again.

Middlesboro is the most talented team in the region, and maybe the most athletic. Something is bad wrong. Play Corbin to double overtime, and Cumberland to one overtime. Then lose to Cawood, not good.

Middlesboro has four pretty talented players, but I don't think they are quite as deep as Corbin or Cumberland. Smith is a very good all-around player, and Green shows signs of being one eventually. Griffin is mainly a spot-up shooter, and Brown is good defensively and on the drive but isn't that dangerous yet as a shooter. Harrison doesn't score much inside, and they have trouble stopping good post players (which is why they lost to Cawood).

Harrison needs to step his game up. Ive seen him in warm ups and the kid has some ups. He dont post much or get looked at when he is as he seems to settle for the 4 to 6 foot fade away jump shot. He needs to post up and dunk the ball.

I wouldn't say they are the most talented, but they are in the top 3 or 4. They lack one crucial ingredient - coaching. It's a shame but M'boro has wasted A LOT of talent the past 5/6 years.

I think any 1 of their starters would start for Corbin or Cumbeland. IMO.
