Dayton is showing a lot of heart but heart wont get you everything. they are really young has shown a lot of inexperience through their season. Dayton has 3 seniors 1 junior and 8 sophmores.

Their sophmores are stepping it up for the team. This team will be very good as long as this team stays together.

Anyone agree?????????

Welcome to BGP Tlove132. I know that they have some decent talent in the 8th grade I believe this year and a few 7th graders that should develop. When these sophomores are seniors I would expect the Greendevils to really contend with other Class A schools.

Welcome Tlove...........

From what I've been told and occassionally seen in the few games I've been to, Dayton indeed could make some noise, but are lacking in floor leadership with such a young group. A little more maturity, some confidence, and belief in their staff, which is well respected and knowledgeable should land them many successful outcomes in the next few years. Hopefully, they learn to play well together and don't become selfish, as some young talented players have a tendency to do. Good luck to them in the future:thumb:

Here's hoping that the Dayton team gains the valuable experience needed to take their program to respectablility and beyond. No one works harder with the youth in his community then Coach Dilts and I wish his example was one that more coaches at other schools would follow. I have no doubt it will pay dividends in the very near future for the Dayton Greendevils.
