Another good win for the Skins. They might take the All A and big 13th region titles this season. I have heard some really good things about Garfield Wilson and heard he has made a huge impact for Cumberland.

I said yesterday that there are rarely upsets in this series, at least in the last 20 years.

Without Caldwell inside to battle the big kids for Cumberland it was pretty much a mismatch, Cumberland also seemed to have their tenacious defensive mojo back after not playing very well last Saturday following the 9 day stretch without a game from the 20th to the 29th of December.

Hate to hear Caldwell is out for Cawood, I really like this kid, good friendly all around guy...Hate to hear it. Is he out for the season?

Correct me if I am wrong but didn't Cumberland and Cawood take a hiatus in playing due to a big fight during a JV game back in about 1972. I know that Cumberland and Lynch had a huge fight back in the 72-74 time frame that caused the game to be called and stands cleared.

How did Leisge play? He deserves a lot credit, he can defend with the best of them. They have so many ways to beat you. They missed 22 out of 26 threes, Johnson and Wilson both foul out, and Leisge has a bad game, and they still was in the game last week. They will be a tough out for anyone. Unless you get some help from the zebra stripes.

I would agree with you rudedog. He is a great on the ball defender and this is what makes Cumberland so good, they take pride in getting down and stopping the other team on the offensive end.

I think his defense is key to Cumberlands whole scheme. Have you notice their scores, they shut people down. Looks like they understand what wins in March.
