I think the year they won the region, that was their battle cry. But, how do you get kids these days to buy into a defensive philosophy?

How did Leisge play? He deserves a lot credit, he can defend with the best of them. They have so many ways to beat you. They missed 22 out of 26 threes, Johnson and Wilson both foul out, and Leisge has a bad game, and they still was in the game last week. They will be a tough out for anyone. Unless you get some help from the zebra stripes.

No doubt they have the firepower to win the All-A, and the 13th region the heart breaker sometimes can be more than one call going the wrong way from the "zebra stripes", in a one and done it can be over way to fast.

That is a good question. I guess it is the want to in the kid. I also think Knox Central plays pretty good man to man D. I may be wrong but after Leisge I would have to say Scalf is behind him in on ball defense. He is long and hard to shoot over.

Cumberland and their coaches i'm sure understand the one and done deal. They did a pretty good job in the All A region last season.
