My point is, in a secure Iraq (just assume), why not keep a large force there to help keep all of Southwest Asia stable. I'd even move the 5th fleet to permanently station in Basra. I'd also move everything at Ramstein AFB to Kandahar. Assume being the optimum word here.

I'd also move everything at Ramstein AFB to Kandahar. We won't see a secure Iraq for a couple of decades. I'm not willing to make that assumption or that investment. (With luck, we'll move past fossil fuels by then, thus making the rationale for American forces being used to keep that region stable obsolete.)

Clinton had the highest delegate strength in the Fifth Congressional District (a district allocated four national convention delegates) and received the same amount of national delegates elsewhere, she receives one more national delegate than Edwards despite receiving fewer projected delegates to the state convention. The Democratic National Committee gives the 50 states 796 superdelegates. According to a poll conducted by the Associated Press, most of the superdelegates were undecided, but 160 have already shown support for Clinton, compared to 59 for Obama and 32 for Edwards.
