What does Manuel have? I'm sure many out there know more about them than I, how do they stack up in their region?

Sorrell put up 43? That's more than a lot of teams in NKY are scoring.

Manual is not one of the top teams in the state. They may be one of the top five teams in their region...but not state. They are not very big.

How did Tony Kimbro's son do for Manual? He is a freshman, I believe.

Manual is not vey big...probably a good matchup for the Indians.

I guess the Indians have recovered some from the severe beating they received from Louisville Male. Male beat them by 44 points last week...81-37.

Who do the Indians play next?

The Indians play a very tough schedule!

Manual can compete with anybody in the state. Jacob Jenkins is one of the top Juniors in the state. Manual is playing without super Soph Aaron Cosby who has decided to transfer. Cosby has already verballed to UMASS. Word around Louisville is that he will end up at J-Town. Good to see the Crimsons playing well without him. Coach Just in his first year there will have them contending for a 7th region title this year.

Tony Kimbro did not play last night due to an injury. Jacob Jenkins got it done with 11 points in the 4th quarter including clutch back to back 3s in the last minutes to seal it.

Since Cosby's departure Manual has won 4 straight. Three coaches in three years has Manual learning another system. Coach Just is doing a great job and Manual will keep improving.

According to the BGP Basketball Preview, Manual "has to be considered one of the states top ten teams". That is what I based my comment on.

HC plays Henry Clay @ Henry Clay & Lincoln Co. @ Henry Clay the next two nights.

Jenkins is pretty good, but if reports in thread are true, Manual was far from full strength and not as good as advertised with the one kid transferring.

Holy Cross plays a pretty darn good schedule, but unfortuately for them they are in the same district as Holmes and CovCath and will not make it to the regional tournament again this year.

You might be right. How does Manual recover from losing 9 points per game? Kimbro gives Manual a big lift with his height and rebounding when he returns. Manual is 4 - 0 since the departure and the last two games have been more points than Manual has scored in consective games in a long time.

I wouldnt count them out yet, Yes Holmes and CovCath are both very good teams but HC schedule leading them up to playing these teams might get them ready. Sorrell will be tough to handle for both teams

I have heard the same song & dance for the last two years that Holy Cross was going to beat either Holmes or CovCath in the district. It didn't happen then and it most probably won't this year.
