Ferguson had a very good game both inside and out.

 

Ethan, Evan and Timmy had good games. Maynard hit some outside shots.

 

Elliott on the defensive end are very very good, you beat 1 guy and 2 more are staring you in the face.

 

Selby is a beast from 3 feet in.

Wow, I picked Elliott by 28, I was only off by 25.:jump:

Selby scored when he was fed on the low post. However, he was tugging on his jersey and completely out of breath 4 minutes into the game. He picked up a couple of fouls just grabbing at quicker players. Knipp did a decent job on him defensively. The Faulkners and Chris Knipp completely disrupted Boyd's guards and they really could never get into an offensive set. Ferguson scored almost at will inside and out. A very dominating performance for Elliott. They go on those 10-2, 15-4 runs because of defensive pressure and the game gets out of hand quickly.

Selby had 10 of his 17 in the first quarter and pretty much was wore out. Elliott forced Boyd into 33 turnovers and shot almost 50%.

The Elliott boys continue to torch:flame:their opponents in the 16th. It appears they have no competition in their region.

 

They have Christian Co. in the Ky Bank Classic @ Bourbon Co. Dec 15th, and then the Lex Cath Holiday Classic Dec 26-30.

 

They can make a statement in Lexington by beating Cov Cath, Mason Co., and Lex Cath. I am thinking they have a shot at winning the Classic in Lexington.

Elliott's team is really good, but i think fatigue might set in when they face better competition in the Holiday classic. It seems like when two really good teams play that the players on the bench are a big factor.

I posted the correct time stats on the other thread that your comments helped get closed so I do not why you replied this way. If I have time later today I will post them again in the meantime do not try to stir things up again & get another 16th region thread closed.
