Will Bracken County get back on the winning track against Scott High?

 

Scott played Mason County yesterday afternoon without 2 starters: Lauren Tibbs (6'3" Freshman) and Shelby Benzinger (Point guard).

Does anyone from Scott have any insight on whats wrong with Benzinger? I didnt even see her at the game yesterday with Mason Co.?

Will Tibbs be playing vs. Bracken?

I think this will be a close game for sure. Alot will ride on if Benzinger and Tibbs are playing. I think that Tibbs hurt her ankle. I am not sure of the severity. Tibbs has been playing real well as of late. She is really starting to come into her own, and I believe she will only get better. I am not sure what is going on with Benzinger. I look for it to be a very close and exciting game from both teams.

If Bracken plays zone, they have a chance because Scott without Benzinger doesn't shoot it well from the outside. Look for a low scoring affair if both teams play zone. If Tibbs and Benzinger are back in the lineup, the scheme changes totally.b

both Benzinger and Tibbs will be bask to action vs. Bracken. Benzinger had a soccer match on saturday and Tibbs is coming back to play on tuesday.

With the likes of Benzinger and Tibbs back, the scheme of things defensively for Bracken has got to change. Could there be a high post, low post combination happening in the offense?

Yes, I will be there.

Nobody wants to beat a team without their best players(wouldn't think so anyway). Bracken has the talent to beat this team and think it may even be close, but also thought Mason and Brossart would be closer and the Dayton game would be a blow out. Go Lady B's.

I think Bracken can win this one if they stay close. But they will have to do the things they haven't been doing. Take care of the ball, spread out, make good crisp passes, swing the ball, pull the trigger on a good open shot, hit the post when it's open, be in control, and finish the opprotunities. A low scoring game would benefit the Lady Bears.
