December 6, 200718 yr Author I still think the Redsox are #1 then the Tigers are #2nd. To be the best you gotta beat the best, so therefore the Redsox are number 1. :thumb:
December 6, 200718 yr Solid lineup but it will all revolve around Pitching and the staff being healthy. I don't see Inge getting a lot of PT and possibly, being moved with Cabrera acquired. The potential offensively, is power, speed and average which is an outstanding combination. Consistency early and healthy arms, will make Detroit a contender.
December 6, 200718 yr Didn't Jim Leyland manage the Marlins to their title? Maybe he will go back and manage his old prospects from the Tigers that were just traded and win a WS again.

December 6, 200718 yr Author I would be for a Detroit/Reds World Series. I would like to fly too but that won't happen either.
December 6, 200718 yr How GOOD is this team going to be. They will be the favorites to win the WS for sure now. Jeremy Bonderman Justin Verlander Kenny Rogers Dontrelle Willis Todd Jones Fernando Rodney Joel Zumaya Pudge Rodriguez Miguel Cabrera Carlos Guillen Brandon Inge Placido Palonco Edgar Renteria Curtis Granderson Magglio Ordonez Garry Sheffield  Plus they have Jim Leyland as the manager. This team is LOADED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Average age of pitchers = 30 Years Old Average age of Lineup = 31.5 Years Old Jim Leyland = Older Than Dirt Actually he is 62 years old
