Well what do we think of this match-up?. CC played them in the summer without 2 players and did a decent job defending them. It will be a tough game but at least it is at home.

It will be interesting to see Girdy vs Grey

I should say that it will definitely be a good game to watch! Shelby is always a solid team and Carroll will have to be ready to play. Which two players were they missing over the summer?

Henderson and Devine were at a Camp.

I will have to go with Shelby in this one. They should be bigger but Carroll will be quicker. Lady rockets by 15+.

Carroll will need to shoot the 3 alot better to win. They will get points off of their D.

Think SC will be to much for CC. SC has a much stronger bench.

I see Carroll getting beat on the boards in this one but Coach Mefford usually finds a way to hide his teams weaknesses against a particular opponent. Carroll's quickness and tenacious defense will give Shelby fits but I see the Lady Rockets winning by about 7-8.

I sure hope the Lady Panthers will pull the upset. They played them very well last year and this time, the Lady Rockets will be in Carrollton. Carroll Co. will have to be focused and play very hard. Remember Carroll, it's not about the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of fight in the dog. I will be pulling for you Lady Panthers. Best of Luck :thumb:

This has the makings of a good game. If Carroll can apply pressure without fouling then they have a good chance. Free throws will be a big part of this game.

Hit 6 or 7 three pointers

 

I would have to think Shelby should be favored by 7 or 8. With that said I would take Carroll and the points:jump:
