Was she number 25?

Yes That's megan stewart. She really stepped up the other night.

I agree. She did a great job of being ready to shoot when the ball came to her. She looks like a good player. Good luck on the year.

Thankyou so much! All anyone can do is keep working to improve! I know TC is focused on turning the season around and going up from here!

I am sure that TC will bounce back strong. It is always heartbreaking to lose to a rival like that. However, they Lady Raiders will continue to improve and be very ready to play them next time.

The press was not the problem for Trimble at all. It was handled well and at points the ball was moved down the court without dribbles and layups were scored. TC just got ahead of themselves and rushed things. CC plays very tough D but I dont believe it was the press that caused problems.

At some points it was handled well, but not consistently. There were several turnovers created by Carroll's D just past midcourt.

I think that can be said for both teams not just Trimble. Either way it was very close and I believe TC proved they can handle the pressure. Both teams have alot of games to go before they meet again!

I have every confidence in this strong, senior led group of ladies for the blue and gold. :thumb: They will continue to improve.

Wow!!! I guess Trimble was able to handle the pressure D of Carroll. I thought that would be a tough task for them. Congrats to Carroll!!

Trimble's strong inside presence and the 3 point shooting of Megan Stewart allowed the Lady Raiders to stay right with the Lady Panthers.

Trimble was very solid in the game. Miller was definitely a factor. She ran the floor hard and made lay-up after lay-up. The Stewart girl can flat out shoot. She went on a scoring run in the 2nd half. Carroll Co. did however hang in there for a win. Osborne had a good game for the Panthers as did Devine. Is it true she is only an 8th grader? If so, she sure plays very well and will be a fantastic player as she improves. Nice job Lady Panthers and for the Lady Raiders, keep your head up! You showed Friday night that you can contend. Keep working hard! :thumb:
