Cumberland could have a really tough test Saturday at Shelby Valley H.S. against Perry County Central. The Skins do not have all of their key parts right now and it is early. Their best basketball will come when everyone gets healthy and they get a few games under their belt together.

There was an unbelivable amount of fouls called on Williamsburg, many of which were absolutely ridiculous. I watched the refs laugh everytime they called a foul. Foul shots by South were the big difference in this game......

Hard to believe the officals laughed with every foul call:sleep:, free throws are usually a big difference in any game. IMO South won because they were a better team.

Ummm, I never saw the refs laugh once.

As many on here know i bleed orange, wear orange tinted glasses, and drink orange kool aid...lol. That is to say I am Williamsburg all the way. I hate to say this, but after watching 4 games, I can't buy into this is an improved team. I think Coach Robinson is a fine man, but I think the previous regime set this program back 5 to 10 years. These kids do not have great ball skills, are getting for the most part physically dominated, and offensively I can't understand the concept. Offensively we stand around too much waiting on something to happen. We do nothing to set a play, and have no one that can create their own shot. Watching the Jellico game last night we were continually beaten down the floor, on the boards, and to back door cuts. Jellico may not be very good, but they sure ran a nice offense last night. I did think Thomas Rains, Aaron Brock, and Daniel Pettit (befoe the T's) played hard and gave good effort.

I was surprised at the margin of victory for the Blue Devils. Williamsburg must be struggling to start the season. What did Petitt do to get T' ed up? Any details and stats from the game other than the final score?
