This time of year for me is always exciting and sad. It being playoff time your usually hoping that your team is jelling at the right time. Or you know that there is only two games left for not just your team, but also the seniors last time putting the colors, that he has proudly worn for four years.Or since he was going to the games and playing the halftime game in the end zone,or the patch of grass by the bleachers.

I myself am from Meade co.. I bleed green. Meade is my favorite team. I love seeing kids that I've known since they were babies, playing ball on Friday nights . But there are kids on every team in the state that were babies at the same time. Someones son, nephew, brother, or freind. They all have the same people who love them and their school more than any other. Some,about 3 pecent, will get to play football at another level next year . But most will play their last game in two weeks.

What I want to say is "THANK YOU SENIORS" for representing your schools, and be proud of what you have accomplished.

In 20 years you will never have to wonder "what if I had played fooball?" and I will tell you something else, You will be proud that you did. As we as Family and freinds and fans are of you now.

Absolutely the best quote I've seen on BGP! Kudos to you because every school feels that way about their seniors. Win or lose, it is an emotional game from here on out. No one knows of the dedication, sweat and tears that come from this level of competition but the players and their friends and family. Football is a special game, like my son says..... "it's the closest thing to going to war with your buddies by your side, you have to rely on everyone working together".

Wow! Everyone is just so profound! Truly brings a tear to my eye and lump in my throat. Tonight may be it for alot of seniors. This isn't the end, just a start to another chapter of your lives. May your memories of your playing years last a lifetime! Best of Luck in the future.
