I totally agree with this one. Bird was as good as they get!

Harrison County has caught the injury bug again this year, losing rb, ol, and RB all stand out players. I think most of these kids will make it back though for play offs.

After I saw both of these posts I got to wondering; how many total injuries did Harrison/Rockcastle have going into that game. From the list that 3Wishes posted and the above list that looks as if over 10 starters combined were out for that game :scared:

Rockcastle County:

Tanner Perkins: Knee

Cole Abney: Knee

Derek Thacker: Leg

Zack Burkhart: Knee

Brandon Burkhart: Hip, Shoulder

Michael Deboard: Arm

Raj Patel: Knee

Dustin Bishop: Liver

Jordan Robinson: Collar Bone

Steve Trimble: Knee

Shawn McHone: Knee

Dylan Thacker: Ankle

Nick Miracle: Knee

Jerry Denny: Leg

Jeff Smith: Shoulder

 

10 of those were starters. The sad thing is that Rock has not had their starting lineup from week 1 in any game since Wayne County, week 2 of the season. 8 of those injuires were season ending. I can't remember Rock even being this banged up.

 

Add two more to that list.
