Both teams need a win...would really love to see my Cards win. Have many friends at NL and I know they would love to see their boys get the win. We know one has got to lose....just hope no one gets hurt.

I am really hoping the weather breaks (although we need the rain) for this game. I think it will be a great game, in a great stadium.

Hope everyone is healthy for both teams.

I agree both these teams are hungry for a win, and not easy to go to the jungle, especially senior night and come out with a win. The Cards better have their game face on all week, not worry who has the speed, prove this on the field.... and take care of business.

Paul Columbia is still our coach. He is a class act on and off the field. Many have questioned his play calling....not all his fault...the plays are not always executed as called....this the Cards have got to get straightened out.

GO CARDS

Clark Co. sure missed Timmy Davis this year., Prehaps he and last years player Robelle Rogers where the key to stopping Lincoln County's true talented Runnig Back Braxton Miller..... He's the true key to the win and losses for this team .. All the seniors where like a family comming up from undefeated seasons , winning championships after champions ? They where recognized along with Clint Greene and Brandon Mcafferty's group as to bring Clark County not just one but 2 State Championships ? All I bet if Coach Flecther was still there ? Well ?

Not to put down Timmy or Robelle, but if i remember correctly the linebacking core and the defensive line had the majority of the tackles for that game, and Brandon Mitchell had several game saving plays at corner. However GRC was very unfortunate in losing Davis this year. He would have been, without a doubt, and impact player on this 07 team. But sadly Timmy became one of the many "what if's " that has plagued the team this year.

Brandon Mcaffery played defensive end in the district championship game last year, as 2 defensive lineman for GRC were ineligible. The DBs didn't have to do much run stopping if I remember correctly, like varsity card said the defensive line and linebacking core brought their A game.

Lots of talent on this Clark County team. Everyone's been saying it all year but all GRC needs is a win this week and next week vs. southwestern to spring them into the playoffs with some momentum. Hopefully they get it together and win the next 2 as a team.

:thumb: They have a tough contest tonight at N. Laurel. This is a great opprotunity to rally the team for this game, Southwest, and the playoff's.

Hope they have a safe game tonight!
