The place kicking game does need to get a little better come playoff time... it has gotten better in the last couple weeks but you cant have blown PAT's in the playoffs...

yes he can boot it. Just not used to seeing us in punt formation. I'd rather see him picking off passes or picking up a fumble and running with it.:eek:

I have seen NCC play twice and they have alot of talented players and some not even playing. I think the Farrah kid is good also. NCC can run as well as pass the ball however, both times I've seen NCC they lean on the pass alot and spread the field every where. They are big and athletic also. If the Jugg's can play flawless and hold on to the ball they can give NCC a tough game. I wish my Jugg's the best. JD

That would create a 3 way tie b/n HC, LLoyd, and NewCath. I believe that NewCath and HC have played an identical out of district schedule. Help me out here, but I think that the only difference is HC played Holmes and Western Hills and NewCath played CovCath and Simon Kenton. That would give the edge to NewCath w/ HC getting the #2 and Lloyd the #3. I may be wrong, though.

Mex: so glad you came up with the seedings and explained all the possible outcomes. The juggs are probably going to end up #3. Pretty much talent in the NCC stables these days. I will give LLoyd credit they can score points, but we seem to be pretty stingy allowing them. This is what makes Football in N.Ky so much fun. Everybody loves their teams:dancingpa

He (the punter) was on the field a lot more last year when NCC started 2-5.

 

2006 points per game thru 7 games was 16.5.

 

2007 points per game thru 7 games is 30.1.

I've no doubt they will come to play, but facts are facts; and NCC's "D" has shut out four teams, given up 6 & 7 to two others and 18 to one of the best 6A teams in NKY!! In fact no team outside of class 6A has even scored on them!! Lloyd on the other hand is giving up 33/game against a small school schedule??

 

I don't like Lloyd's chances unless they catch NCC looking ahead to a neighborhood battle with Campbell and their annual showdown with Beechwood for area small school supremacy!!
