O-Line 50
I don't really see it as a "trouble" but more of an "opportunity". Look at Mayfield this year, we have our senior QB injured and out for almost a couple of games and that allows our freshman QB to step in there and get valuable playing time and it worked out great!! Now Mayfield has kids that will have played all 4 years, you just don't get that in a bigger school. True, I didn't mean it like it was a bad thing just smaller schools outside of the powerhouses struggle with numbers. But Mayfield don't struggle like some of the other smaller schools do. I came from a small school and wouldn't change it for anything.:ylsuper:
51braves
Do any NKY schools dress their FROSH? Grant County does, but that doesn't mean they all play.
crush56
There has been occasion that Beechwood does bring up Freshman who are exceptional, the last 2 that I know of were Dominic Mainello#56 and Matt Miller #77. Tommy Bankemper #4 and Cody Elliot #13 were the previous years prodogies. All of these boys started for Beechwood the past two seasons, this being their third year ,with the exception of Miller who has struggled.
