Absolutely. Deeper teams will obviously perform better since they will be able to platoon more and get their kids off the field more often. I've seen where some places are getting cooling units for the sidelines.

Even when players are "in shape", they can still have problems in this heat. Fluid intake throughout the day and eating lunch will be today’s key. Hopefully these games will not start until 8-8:30.
