Believe he was right out of Boone .Looks like he could still pitch ,still throws hard .Apparently hit low 90's in HS .

 

What about Wera (sp??) from Beechwood ?Believe he is in the Mets organization .Did he get drafted out of HS?

 

Wera went to William and Mary out of high school. I would assume he's still there.

I can't remember for sure, but I think Lenny Spicer from Walton was drafted pretty highly. Don't know what ever happened to him though.

They both hit into a triple play AND a double play in their major league debuts!

Wera is still at William and Mary..Played a little with him this summer. His summer was cut short by a Torn Labrum. Hopefully he will make a speedy recovery. He might be seeing some time at first base for W&M this year.
