With such a young team, will Bell Co. be able to continue their winning history on the road this year?

What kind of talent can we look forward to seeing from Log Mountain?

:banana: Dudley will have them mountain boys ready for the road this year!

They had better be ready...they play seven regular season road games out of ten!

7 out of 10 games on the road, the "Bobcats" should change their names to the "Road Warriors" Young or not that is tough on any team.

 

Lincoln in the Death Valley Bowl, that is a long trip and it will be HOT, then down the road to Whitley an old rival....two tough road games to start the season but games in which Bell should be the favorite.

 

Two straight home games an open date then one more home game and back on the road till the playoffs.

 

Madison Southern, Sheldon Clark are two toughies, then a bit of a break with McCreary Central, Leslie Co, and Tates Creek to end the season, really not as bad as it seems but it would be tough on any team.

 

The great part I guess if you are a Bell fan is that you should have 7 home games next year.

It may eb surprising, but Sheldon Clark could end up being the toughest road test of them all. Not only do the Cardinals return nearly everyone off a pretty good team from last year, but they are an EXTREMELY tough team to beat on their homefield.

I think Bell Co. will do really well on the road this season. They have a great team coming back. The line IMO will get better and better as the year goes along. Really the only player Bell lost who will be hard to replace is Brent Slusher. Thats not to say the other seniors weren't good, but other players will be there to take their place. I think Bell will do quite well on the road.

Bobcats return ALL of their skill player starters. Sr. QB Nelson is starting for his fourth varsity season, a rarity in HS football; RB Christopher (Sr), third year as starter; FB Simpson his third (Jr); Merrick, All-State K/P last year his third (Jr.) ;RB and Return specialist Spencer Greer (Jr.) his third year varsity; Zachary WR (Jr) third year varsity play. Mature team will do well on road. Add to the mix some real talented Freshman and Sophomore with size and poise. Bobcats will have to prove it on the field, but I believe that Coach Hilton will have them ready for the road.
