July 9, 200719 yr Im a sick individual, theres 3 things in this world I enjoy a perverse pleasure in, people being tasered and people falling or being attacked by a dog I'll second that and add that 1) a good hard shot to the groin and 2) policemen tackling criminals and sitting on top of them with their knees pressing the criminal's head to the ground are also enjoyable viewing experiences.:thumb:

July 9, 200719 yr Too many times the TASER is being used in situations not calling for force. As many PD's are finding out, use of a TASER opens them up to a lawsuit. Many PD's are writing new policies that make use of a TASER more akin to the use of lethal force, that is to prevent injury or death. They are also requiring officers to file a report anytime the TASER is drawn, whether its used or not. Again, I am in favor of the TASER. I just don't want police to become to complacent in its use.

You are missing the point altogether. And that point is that people being tasered is quality entertainment.
