This was not the best game to watch, but it was a tight one. Perry got 1 in the first and Letcher answered with 4 of their own in the bottom half of the inning. Letcher extended their lead to 6-1 and Perry closed the gap to 6-5 in the top of the fifth. Both teams made several errors.

 

This sets up tomorrow's final between Leslie and Letcher @ 6:00 at Perry Central. Coach Melton (Leslie) or Dean (Letcher) will finally get their first title. They're both great guys and coaches. Good luck to both teams.
