What a group of athletes is correct! These girls have set new standards for girls athletics at Raceland. A class A region title in basketball and softball / a 63rd District championship in basketball :flame: and still going!! Lets keep this thing rolling and get a district and 16th region softball championship girls. :dancingpa

The Lady Rams dedicated this game, win or lose, to Alli Lemaster. They said they felt like they had a guardian angel with them. Each player dug deep and gave 110%. They made some incredible plays, maximized on every possible opportunity. Great job Lady Rams!

Very good season for the Lady Devils. Great group of girls.

A very special thanks to Norman's Locker Room who donated the arm bands with Alli's name on them. Each of the Lady Rams wore one in her memory. Ali went to church with some of the Lady Devils also and our girls gave them some of the arm bands also. Nice tribute with a moment of silence and prayer before the game.

This was one of the most emotional games I have ever witnessed, the love the Lady Rams showed for a fallen classmate and the sympathy Russell's girls, and parents showed was remarkable, this gave me hope for the future

I am just now reading your post...... Great tribute by Raceland's team and Russell. Kudos to Normans locker room as well for the arm bands.

Good win for Coach Floyd's team, sloppy game on both ends, neither teams best game was played last night.

Excellent win for a very special group of young ladies.

Congratulations!!!

:thumb: Excellent post. This is why we need to support our youth of today. They are the future. It is times like these that the real character comes out in everyone. A big thumbs up to everyone involved.

Maybe we all could have our own moment of silence around 3pm today for Miss Lemaster and family. I believe that is the time of the funeral which is being held at Raceland-Worthington H.S., visitation is at 2pm I believe.

The Lady Rams had a nervous first 2 innings. They were definitely playing with heavy hearts, but after began to play very well beginning in the 3rd. Great job ladies!
