Is Corbin the favorite in the 13th Region? Is there any chance Williamsburg challenges them in the district opener?

Knox Central continues to try to find that second starter and was hoping Hendrickson could assume the role. This will be a dangerous team for anyone to face in the first round of the regional but unless someone other than Scalf steps up, they will be an easy second round opponent.

Williamsburg will give Corbin all they want...........and them some. The 13th is wide open with Corbin, South Laurel, Middlesboro, Williamsburg and Harlan the leading contenders in my eyes. Knox Central can beat anyone with Scalf on the mound, but they don't have enough pitching to win it and Whitley can beat anyone as well, but they are very inconsistent.

Sounds like this was an awful day to be an ex-teammate and IMO shows what a good pitcher Scalf really is.

I think that he had intentions of proving something to the Corbin coaching staff.......but it did not work out the way he would have liked.

Sounds like he did prove something to the staff. Maybe the Hounds were in the zone last night. I wonder why Central did not throw someone else once things got out of hand?
