May 15, 200719 yr The Italian Job is such an awesome movie... Not a dull moment. The one thing that I always remember about that movie is Edward Norton. He came out before the film and said he was CONTRACTUALLY obligated to do the film and didn't want to it. He never got into detail why he didn't want to. You watch his performance with that in the back of your mind, it really shows his indifference. I think there was talk of a sequel, I haven't heard anything recently on that.
May 15, 200719 yr There will be a sequel... The Brazilian Job... Norton gave a half hearted effort and still outshined the rest of the cast.
May 15, 200719 yr Author Very true, they are no doubt under the radar. One day, their big break will come.Yeah, one day. They're pretty obscure though. Outside of (maybe) Youtube, the occasional music festival and local clubs, they don't get much exposure.
May 15, 200719 yr Author There will be a sequel... The Brazilian Job...Is it true they're going to make another sequal after that? Something about a guy in a Goetta factory.
May 15, 200719 yr I'm thinking about taking locksmith courses or something... Seems interesting enough.
May 15, 200719 yr Is it true they're going to make another sequal after that? Something about a guy in a Goetta factory. The way Hollywood is churning out sequels and prequels, I wouldn't even be shocked.
May 15, 200719 yr This has turn into Movie central and quite frankly I really like it. It wasn't my fault tonight, I blame Hangman. I was MORE than willing to discuss various cankle pictures and how attractive they may or MAY NOT be. I talked about Goonies 2 on my podcast thing, it's not a done deal. BUT it appears to be direct to dvd, no returning cast, no budget, complete crappola. More direct to dvd Gremlins films could be on the way as well. Sad, sad.
May 15, 200719 yr I'm sorry to have to break this to you, but not even a bad sequel could be as bad as the original Goonies movie...The only good that movie ever did was show us that Peyton Manning could indeed act.
May 15, 200719 yr HC, you can have Kelly Clarkson and her cankles....I'm more than happy with Poppy....
May 15, 200719 yr I'm sorry to have to break this to you, but not even a bad sequel could be as bad as the original Goonies movie...The only good that movie ever did was show us that Peyton Manning could indeed act. :scared: HOW DARE YOU! GOONIES? BAD? Does this mean you HATE the Breakfast club too??? WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU!?
May 15, 200719 yr It's a boring movie, I can't help it. The Breakfast Club is good, but it's actually the only of those movies off the top of my head that I like... Sixteen Candles, Weird Science, Lost Boys, blah blah blah... All garbage.
