Bracken County coaching position?

Is Coach Fite Staying in Brooksville for next season? Have been hearing other wise before the summer camps start. Can anyone from Bracken County say for sure there is no truth to this?

Honestly I work in Bracken Co. and I have not heard this yet. Where did you hear this information? I did hear from someone at the state tournament that Coach Fite would consider coaching boys at Lewis Co. if Coach Hampton were to retire. But I have not heard that yet.. SOmeone please confirm this because Bracken Co. would be losing a good young coach in Jay Fite!

He is definately one of the classiest coaches I have had the pleasure of meeting.

I heard basically what was told by someone to you at the state tourney. This was told to me by a couple of people with 10th region affiliations. By you being in the school system and having not heard anything,evidently it is all hearsay, which is good.

I hope Coach Fite stays around til my son gets to high school. He is still young right now, but I dont know if they could replace him.

I think any parent would love to have their kid coached by Jay Fite. A real gentleman and a true leader.I have known him since he was a small child. I had both his parents and him in school. He was a great student and alhlete and does a great job coaching.

Does anyone know if Coach Fite will have a camp for the younger kids like Hammonds did? Also,unless a freshman or soph. blows up over the summer and becomes an offensive threat, Coach Fite's next couple of years will test his mettle as a coach.

Does any of the many Polar Bear posters on here know if BC is holding camps for the youngsters? St. Patrick and Mason County have announced their dates a couple of weeks ago. This would be a good barometer if Coach Fite is staying, these camps,plus summer ball for the high school team in June
