I was counting Kane in the 9 in 3 seasons. There was a thread on here I believe 3 or 4 weeks ago that Kane had verballed to Pikeville.

Ten collegiate signees in five seasons is pretty amazing when you think about it. There aren't too many high school FOOTBALL teams that do this.

 

What's truly amazing is that 9 of the 10 were on the 2005 "Sweet 16" team.

 

Also, all ten of these players played at least one season under current Ashland head coach Buddy Biggs.

Yes I do. At a school like Ashland, Coach Biggs has the potential to take them far in postseason play every year. In only his first season there, they won the district and made the regional finals.
