April 9, 200719 yr Author The question was what pro players they had recruited and coached at UK, not what players were originally from the state of Kentucky.:thumb: That is what I meant. But I like the answer to both!:thumb: :fight:
April 9, 200719 yr I struggle in reading comprehension :irked: I have my moments too my friend. :thumb:
April 9, 200719 yr Did Buckner play for the Cats? No. That was the reason for the separate post. Someone mentioned Kentucky guys in the NBA and they said they didnt know if Buckner was still around or not. I was simply stating that he was with the Mavs.
April 9, 200719 yr Good question. How many kids from the Bluegrass are still in the NBA (not recruited by one or the other)? Allen Houston?? There may be more I am not thinking of. Off the top of my head... Scott Padgett (but I believe he has been released), D. Anderson (although originally went to tOSU)... Who else is there? Kentucky is not exactly a basketball factory. Allan Houstin has retired. He is a commentator now.

April 10, 200719 yr WOW:scared: Tubby had more than I thought! Just think, Bradley and Crawford have a SERIOUS chance at an NBA career. Are you kidding me?!?! Crawford and Bradley neither have lived up to their expectations. Neither of them have a chance at the NBA. Maybe professional basketball somewhere, maybe China.:thumb:
