Here's a stat (I hope I dont get blasted for posting it) Warren Central's backcourt duo of Hudson and Anderson have combined for 22 first half points versus Ballard's Hamilton and Beckham of just 6 points on 3 of 9 shooting.

^ Which makes me nervous because I don't think they're going to stay gone the entire game.

 

The first four minutes of the second half will be very important. Central needs to make certain they weather the storm and stay close or ahead.

 

Hopefully, Ballard will cool off from three....

In all of Ballard's game, the Stanley kid rarely shoots inside the arc. So much attention is focused on cutting off Beckham and Hamilton from driving that Stanley stands alone outside. He has become the x factor in this game.

Anderson is the BEST player on the court right now and has 19 points on 8 of 11 shooting. He is a legit 6'4 SG, pure stroke.

Hood still can't find his shot, and the turnovers have started again. Rhodes just picked up his fourth for Central.

Dragonfire, I agree with you. If the turnovers dry up WC can pull this off. The TO's are whats keeping the game close.

Ballard leads 48-44 with 1:07 to go in the third. They've really stepped up their three point shooting, and most distressing of all is that Central is not getting out on them to prevent open shots.

Well, Central got out to a 5 point lead, Ballard to a 4, but the quarter ends where it began, with Ballard up 2. Score is 48-46, Ballard will have the ball when the 4th begins.

 

Central has 19 turnovers, which is pretty much the only reason they're not ahead. Too many, and they lead to easy baskets.
