The only downfall is it will turn brown very late in the season but stay in good condition. Maybe because UK has Bermuda not because UK suggested it. Ten yrs ago, the UK main man told my father not to waste the money to put the Bermuda down. If CC is consulting w/UK it is only due to them having the Bermuda.
