Tennessee vs. LSU updates

UT 52

LSU 49

Tight one here with 5 to play. LSU shooting 54% and still losing to UT who is shooting 37%. UT has taken 51 FG's to LSU's 35(LSU must be getting killed on the boards).

Same score, 1:15 left, Davis going to the line, 2 shots.

LSU up 62-57, 59.4 seconds left. JuJuan Smith to the line shooting 1 and 1.

Hits the first.

Hits the second.

62-59.

LSU 62

UT 57

1 minute to play. I really wanted to pick that upset in the SEC tourney contest, but just didn't have the intestinal fortitude.

Mitchell gets a clutch basket. LSU up 64-61 with 17 ticks left, JuJuan Smith to the line shooting 2.

Smith gets the first. 64-62.

Smith misses the second, UT gets the rebound!

Smith misses a three, Lofton tips it in! 64 all!

TERRIBLE CALL on the other end. Charge called when he was running right beside him the entire time. As the announcers said, a world class flop.

I swear Lofton is the best player in the country.

On a side note - LSU just got hosed.

Terrible Call...............No way he was set nor in good position.

^ No lie, that was terrible. One of the worst I have seen. Money says UT wins it now, and that one will go down as one of the great bad calls.

I swear Lofton is the best player in the country.

On a side note - LSU just got hosed.

You obviously haven't watch Kevin Durant play then....

Overtime. UT in no way shape or form deserves to win the game after that crap.

I'm not saying call the foul on UT either, but it's like they say, at the end of the game let the players decide the outcome. It's not like that was so obvious that they had to call it. He was running beside him the entire way (never set his feet, it's like the refs forgot what a charge means) and then flopped.
