Hoops Yoda Posted February 28, 2007 Posted February 28, 2007 Tonight at Scott Co. high. Does Sayre have a chance of sneaking up on Station in this one. They beat Henry Clay this year and played my beloved Cards tough... I know - wishful thinking, but I had to get it on here.
crimedoc Posted February 28, 2007 Posted February 28, 2007 I would say sayre has no chance in this one.
strongopenyon Posted February 28, 2007 Posted February 28, 2007 I say Sayre has little chance to win, but to keep it close is not far fetched and would be a moral victory for the Spartans.
Son of Bear Posted February 28, 2007 Posted February 28, 2007 Station has a tune up before a huge game with the Cards...
Hoops Yoda Posted February 28, 2007 Author Posted February 28, 2007 Station has a tune up before a huge game with the Cards... That's what I'm hoping the Station players are thinking tonight.
statmanhensley Posted February 28, 2007 Posted February 28, 2007 If Sayre was to win tonight, how long would it have been since they last made it to the regional tournament?
StationRunsThe11th Posted February 28, 2007 Posted February 28, 2007 Sayre is a good team. That being said Station has too much talent. Station by 10-15.
rojas4 Posted February 28, 2007 Posted February 28, 2007 If Sayre was to win tonight, how long would it have been since they last made it to the regional tournament? 1998. Sayre actually beat Franklin Co in the first round of the 11th regional tournament and played a good Madison Central team to within 5 points in the regional semifinals. Lex Cath won the 11th that year. Lex Cath was ranked 3rd in the nation in USAToday in 98.
