Featured Replies

Rebecca Gray scored a career high 53 points as Scott County wins a close one at Fern Creek to finish the regular season. In a wild one, both teams re-wrote the single game record as they combined for 210 points.

Scott County hosts the 42nd District Tournament, and plays Bryan Station Tuesday night in the first round.

Wow. I heard of a boys team only scoring 6 at the half,, Must had to ice down alot of arms. Great to see RECORDS broken..

I guess they were to tired from shooting to play any defense.

Has a girls team ever scored 100 points in a game in Kentucky and lost?

Well, it looks like this post deserves a return from the BGP Superhero Captain Obvious!!

To answer your question -------- yeah Fern Creek!

I guess they were to tired from shooting to play any defense.

I think Scott Co scores most of their points off their press defense or from turnovers in the half court. It's a common falacy to think because a game is high scoring there is not good defense.

So you are saying there was good defense and a lot of turnovers. That does not add up when both teams score that much. If Scott County got most of there points off turnovers how did Fern Creek score. For both teams to score that much it had to be run up and down the court and no one stopping no one.

Sounds like both teams presses caused alot of turnovers....;)
