Monroe County 🪶 (5-3) vs. Green County 🐉 (5-3)

🗞️ | Deacon James and Reece Bartley headline this district clash in Greensburg. James is the straw that stirs the drink for the Dragons, serving as the team's quarterback and leading rusher. Bartley counters as Monroe's leader in rushing and receiving. This is for the two seed in District 3. Green County was blasted by Somerset a few weeks ago, while Monroe had the Jumpers tied at halftime last week before fading in the second half.

📖 | Monroe County holds an 11-8 advantage in the series since 2007. Bartley ran for over a hundred yards and two touchdowns in the Falcons’ 47-7 win a year ago.

Here are the TP94 Power Ratings from last week:

Green County 40.94
Monroe County 35.66

Falcons by a couple scores.

Very interesting and important matchup in Greensburg Friday night with the winner getting a home playoff game. If the Falcons will stick to their ground and pound attack with Reece Bartley, I see the Falcons winning this one. But, if they come out and want to throw it all over the place, I believe that gives Green County the advantage. I'm going to roll with the Falcons in this one, but will not be surprised at all to see Green pull out the victory at home.
