Haven't been there in about a year and last time I was there it looked like they were struggling. This doesn't really come as a shock.

I have heard from people O'Charley's went down hill, I have no idea. But I also wonder, if OCharley's can't make it, who can?

I don't think we ever had an issue at the Cold Spring location.

Never had issues at the Florence location (service or food wise.) Last time my daughter and I were there though, the building looked like it was in need of a good cleaning and some repair. And the business at the time didn't make me think they were generating enough cash flow to be able to do it. Which apparently, they weren't.
