He spent one season leading Dunbar, and has coached AAU for many seasons.  

Dunbar was 13-19 last season.  Which, was a significant increase from previous season.

Hmmm... not too many people have three consonants in a row, on two separate occasions, in their last name. Apart from that, I know nothing about this hire. 

And he has kind of a cool last name.

BGP is not a clearinghouse for talk of possible/anticipated student transfers.

BGP is not allowing the terms "portal" or "transfer portal" in the high school forums to describe student-athletes moving schools for whatever reason.

If you have credible information regarding a transfer you are welcome to share it, but it must include the following qualifying information:  the athlete's name, their position played, and the schools they are transferring to/from.
