If his contract has morals clause it's an issue.   He had an affair with a married woman and given the New England track record on people at the top being found in compromising situations...Let's just say it doesn't reflect well on the organization or the league.

 I agree that it is disgusting, immoral, and gross. It’s not illegal though. Why would he have to “answer” for this?
 

Here's the new stunning reality. The affair was going on for 6 years after the NYC bar photos were released. 

She named one of her kids "Michael." Any coincidence? That's disgusting. I would have a DNA test done ASAP if I was her husband, presumably soon to be ex husband. 

The big question is if Vrabel gained any knowledge and held an upper hand thanks to his "close relationship" with her. If so, we have some tampering issues going on. 

No matter how you slice it, a 6 year affair is bad. Vrabel was cheating on his wife as she was undergoing cancer treatment in the early 2020's. Sickening and sad. 

I think the guy should be fired. Look at Mel Tucker at MSU a few years ago. He was canned. 

 

So far, she seems to be taking a majority of the backlash...likely because she doesn't have the NFL shielding her.   But I don't think Vrabel's missing the last day of the draft for counseling is going to cut it at all.   He's going to have to take the slings and arrows of all this soon and the more he's forced to confront, the more that will emerge.   I don't think he will remain the coach for much longer.
