Douglass was led by DeMarcus Surratt with 24 points and Woodford was led by Omari Jointer with 23 points.

Douglass has so much potential, but there is something missing.

No. The Broncos' 33-3 Final Four run of 2023 didn't have a big man either. However, during his career, Logan Busson at 6'2" did a wonderful job of guarding post players from Reece Potter to Moreno.

DeMarcus Surratt is a capable scorer, and a high flyer (somewhat combining Aveion Chenault and Armelo Boone's talents) however, he has not displayed that alpha trait of 'give me the ball, and let me win this game'. Kai Simpson for the '23 Broncos had that, and WAS that for that team.

He definitely had a great game against Male in the KOB loss, but in the other losses, he wasn't nearly as much of a factor. 

For the Broncos to make it out of the 11th, Surratt has to lead them out!

He also misses way too many FT's as well.
