Nothing big about these two games other than East Carter girls' varsity tonight are playing two varsity games back-to-back at home. They took on Elliott County girls at 6:00pm had a 25-minute break and just tipped off with Fleming County girls. They won the first game 84-28 and are leading 9-5 midway through the first period of the 2nd game.

East won their 2nd game tonight over Fleming Co. 70-56. 

East Carter turned around and played at county rival West Carter tonight and they won 62-34 so they have played 3 games in a 24-hour period and won all 3.

Yeah, everybody cries about the semis and final being play on the same day in the Sweet Sixteen, but yet we have this happening.  I've also noticed some boys teams playing two games on the same day this year.
