Absolutely. Even though I do not like to get on Yappi and read how they constantly down us, we have to give credit where credit is due and High School Football in Ohio is another ball game. Not that there are better coaches or better players, they just have MORE of everything. I don't know about some of you on here but I will be rooting for Colerain. NKY gets a good feed off of Ohio because we are so close. That is probably why NKY is the best football in the state, with the exception of a few Louisville teams. We all are part of some great tri-state area football. That is why I root for the Cincinnati teams when they play in events like this.

 

Im gonna have to root for Hoover. Southern football is better and I cant root for an Ohio HS.

On a peripheral but related note, any school principal or superintendent who allows MTV to come in and film a running docu-drama about a bunch of 16-18 year-olds is an irresponsible idiot, IMO.

Could you see Colraine beating Hoover, then they would play it the following season on MTV.

I don't necessarily agree with it, though I am glad they did. However, maybe the "man in charge" knew he had talented kids and wanted to put them in the spot light. The intentions may have been good.

 

I have heard that MTV is doing a special on this season's Elizabethtown's Boys Basketball team. Is this true?

They were and a deal had been reached but then the superintendent canceled it.
